Decathlon decided to boost its internal and digital communication with visual content during their events (store opening, sports event, recruitment session, etc.). We was responsible to produce the visual content of Vital Sport, which is the main regional event bringing together more than 8,000 people. We have succeeded in meeting the two objectives set, highlighting the values of decathlon and motivating the internal teams.

In order to improve Decathlon’s internal communication at the national level, the client asked us to make a film explaining the recruitment process and showing the values of the company so that this model could be reproduced in other stores in the region.
Great place to work
Decathlon ranks 1st in the Great place to work 2018 ranking thanks to the support and the good working conditions for the employees. We made a film that shows Decathlon’s support for young students in order to better integrate them into the company and the world of work.
As part of Decathlon’s external communication, we have created a trailer featuring the activities of one of the largest workshops in the region. This trailer is available on the screens of various stores in the area.
